Because:
- 1985 near graduated nurses will have few years to serve and will be least beneficial for the nursing services in the long run.
- Senior the nurses, less likely is the probability of passing entrances!
- High Chances that required seats will not be filled in one go.
- Demoralises other junior nurses.
- Everyone should get equal oppurtunities, atleast to sit for entrance!
- What is the point of having English, General Knowledge etc. when the field is purely Technical and not administrative?
Fairer way of selection would be:
ReplyDelete* open MCQ type of exams
* no viva( chances of favoritism and manipulation of results)
*up to three chances for sitting the entrance.
*conduct region wise exams to prevent mass movement of nurses thereby affecting hospital services
