Mongar is suddenly bubbling with activities just ahead of the Tshechu. There is lot of activity in the public ground: preparations for shops, stalls, hotels, movie halls etc etc. There are more people around the town and certainly more vehicles. We are all excited about some fun. Will post you some pictures soon.
