A two day workshop on this subject concluded today at the DYT hall. This was organised for the peripheral workers under Mongar Dzongkhag. Resource persons include Mr Tara( GNM) and Mr Tshering(ACO) who had been trained during a TOT earlier this year at Bumthang.
